I’m Kimi. As a designer, creating appealing and functional visual design is where I can make the most impact, and through writing and storytelling I feel most human. These are the two mediums through which I can be of the most service.

As a human, I am many things, among them a passionately curious world traveler, foodie, writer, designer, and mountain child who uses curiosity and appetite as a compass. The things I am most passionate about include:

  • Exposure to and understanding of cultures through travel

  • Exploring other worlds and other people’s stories through books

  • Representation of women of color in the workplace

  • Writing as a form of storytelling, self-evaluation, and reflection

  • Cultivating community through Meetup groups

  • Cookies, fitness, books, puzzles and sleep
